Summary:

As a Duty Manager in the vibrant hospitality and catering industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment in Newquay. This permanent, full-time position requires a mid-senior level of experience, where you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
