Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our advertising and public relations team in Central London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering innovative campaigns that meet our clients’ needs. This position is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, thereby contributing to the overall success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple advertising and PR projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
