Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals that cater to the dietary requirements of children.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide training as necessary.
• Create a welcoming and engaging dining environment for children.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality and catering industry.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
