Location: Lyme Regis Salary: £14 per hour + Tips (circa £3/4 per hour) Hours: Full Time | Guaranteed 35-hour minimum during winter Venue: Award-Winning Independent AA Rosette Restaurant

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Run your section confidently and independently while maintaining consistency and high standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on seasonal menu development
  • Support and help develop junior chefs within the brigade
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Assist with stock management, sustainability and minimising food waste
  • Deliver dishes to AA Rosette standards using fresh, local produce
