We are hiring a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our expanding team!

CEL Solicitors are specialists in no win, no fee civil litigation claims. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services and consistently going above and beyond for our clients.

Due to continued growth we are expanding our Personal Injury department and are looking for an experienced solicitor to join our dynamic team. This role offers excellent long-term progression opportunities, with a clear pathway for career advancement within a rapidly growing department.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to work closely with the Director of Personal Injury while managing their own caseload independently.

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

  • Employer’s Liability (EL)
  • Public Liability (PL)
  • Occupiers’ Liability (OL)
  • High-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims (£25,000+)

You will be supported with dedicated secretarial assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering the best outcomes for your clients.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE Personal Injury litigation (not just in RTA)
  • Strong experience managing your own caseload independently
  • Experience handling higher value and more complex claims
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Litigation experience in County and High Court
  • A proactive and driven approach
