Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in Liverpool. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the legal field, specifically within personal injury law. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and case files related to personal injury claims.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files in accordance with legal standards.
  • Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the organisation of case meetings and hearings.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
