The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Client Services Executive to join our dynamic Client Services team in Leeds. Whether you’re already experienced in the Print Management or Print sector or stepping up in your career, this role is your chance to work on exciting projects in print and creative – supporting key clients and playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service. This is a hybrid role with a mixture of home working and office days, based at our offices in Clockwise, Greek Street.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the key point of contact for client communications and project briefs
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality output
  • Manage day-to-day client needs, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery
  • Attend client meetings to review performance and explore opportunities
  • Analyse service data and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of client relationships and CDS Print Service’s strategic growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in Print Management or the wider Print industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident working with data, Microsoft Office, and problem-solving on the go
  • A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and client-focused mindset
