Role Overview:

Reporting to the HR Support Manager, the Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees joining Cardo Group.

The role ensures every new starter receives a positive welcome to Cardo and has the resources, tools, and information needed to succeed in their role from day one.

Working closely with Hiring Managers, the Recruitment Team, Learning & Development, and wider Support Functions, you will coordinate onboarding activities, oversee induction programmes, and promptly resolve any challenges encountered by new starters.

You will work across both Operations and Support teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for all joiners.

This role requires energy, strong organisational skills, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience for every new colleague.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for all new starters across the business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new employees before and during their induction period.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and relevant departments to ensure new starters have the equipment,systems, access, and resources required to perform their role effectively.
  • Coordinate induction activities and training in partnership with the Learning & Development team.
  • Gather feedback, analyse data, and report insights on the induction process to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and produce reports on onboarding activity, completion rates, and employee feedback.
  • Support wider People Team initiatives and employee engagement activities as required.
