Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and support our people operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment legislation.

As a key member of the management team, the HR Manager will help foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure that HR practices align with business objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and performance matters.
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and reward programmes.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • CIPD qualification Level 5
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
