Role Overview:

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Compliance & Service Coordinator to join our team.

The role will be responsible for managing the annual servicing requirements for our clients, ensuring appointments are arranged on time and that all relevant compliance and service records are kept up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor annual servicing schedules for our clients.
  • Keep track of service and compliance due dates, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • Contact clients to arrange and book servicing appointments.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers and internal teams to coordinate appointments.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and reports regarding servicing and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed and upcoming servicing.
  • Follow up on outstanding appointments and ensure any issues are dealt with promptly.
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and proactively contact clients ahead of their service dates.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide a high level of professional and friendly customer service.

You Will Need:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Confident communicating with clients over the phone and by email.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Good at prioritising tasks and following up when required.
  • Professional, approachable and customer-focused.
  • Experienced in administration or customer service would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
