Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team in located in the Northwest London area.
The Office Administrator role provides essential support to the business by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves general office support, data management, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Logging jobs into our internal system
- Scheduling and communicating appointments with tenants
- Using client portals for updates and communication
- Liaising with clients, operatives, and subcontractor
- Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Sending regular reports to client
- Raising purchase orders as require
- Supporting the Contracts Manager with general administrative tasks
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the da
- Confident working with internal systems and client portal
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
