Production Supervisor – Port Talbot

Pay: £13.75 per hour | Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at CanDo Laundry Services in Port Talbot.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced supervisor or a senior operator ready to move into leadership. You’ll receive full training and support to develop your skills and gain valuable management experience.

What you’ll be doing

Leading and motivating a team of production operators

Maintaining workflow and ensuring production targets are met

Training and supporting staff on safe working processes

Monitoring output and achieving daily KPIs

Ensuring health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

Overseeing start-up and shut-down of shifts

What we’re looking for

Strong willingness to learn and a drive to succeed

Leadership qualities and the ability to lead by example

Team players who engage positively with staff

Basic computer literacy (e.g., using email, spreadsheets, and production systems)

Discipline to follow company policies and procedures

Ability to understand and operate machinery (training provided)
