Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our accountancy firm in Central London. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for a candidate with minimum 2 years experience looking to develop their career in a dynamic environment. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our teams and contributing to the overall efficiency of our services. This role is office based, working hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties to Include:

·Office correspondence to include cover letters, use of Docusign

·Scanning/filing of correspondence

·Responsibility for items received, i.e. HMRC certificates, LOA’s

·Log receipt and distribution of bank cards

·Preparation of documents for signature, i.e. Director level

·Franking and mailing of post

·Maintain incoming/outgoing cheques

·Scan/sort confidential notes/review documents

·Archive of files and arrange collection/delivery as required

·Ad hoc duties where required

·Team cover as/when required to include;

·Reception cover

·Meet and greet guests/couriers professionally

·Occasional out of hours support

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
