Join Boutinot and help bring great wines to market

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Product & Technical Co-ordinator to support both our Product Management and Quality & Technical teams. This is a varied role that combines product co-ordination, administration, technical support and relationship management, giving you the opportunity to work across the full product journey.

Whether you’re looking to develop your career in the wine industry or you’re an experienced co-ordinator looking for a new challenge, this role offers plenty of variety, responsibility and opportunities to learn.

This is a hybrid role, based at our Cheadle office four days a week, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week. Mondays are office-based.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same. You’ll play an important role in supporting new product launches, maintaining product information and ensuring technical and customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Co-ordinating new product launches, tastings and product samples.
  • Supporting Product Managers with product communications, promotions and producer activity.
  • Working closely with our National Accounts team to deliver customer requests accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining accurate product information across internal systems and customer technical platforms.
  • Working with wine producers to obtain product specifications and technical information.
  • Supporting product label approvals, compliance processes and sustainability reporting.
  • Helping ensure our technical documentation and product data remain accurate, organised and up to date.
  • Building strong working relationships across the business and with our producer partners around the world.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in a co-ordination, administration, product, data or customer-facing role.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in wine and an enthusiasm for learning more about the industry.
  • A collaborative, positive and flexible approach to working with colleagues across different teams.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience within the wine or wider drinks industry.
  • WSET Level 2 (or an interest in achieving it—we’ll fund your training).
  • Experience with retailer or third-party technical platforms or product data management systems.
  • Knowledge of product labelling, packaging or compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting a technical, quality or compliance function.
  • Project co-ordination experience.

Why join Boutinot?

As well as joining a friendly, knowledgeable and collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to build your career in the wine industry while working with colleagues across Product Management, Quality & Technical, Sales and National Accounts, and developing relationships with wine producers from around the world.

We also offer:

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working.
  • A 35-hour working week.
  • Funded WSET training and opportunities to develop your wine knowledge.
  • A varied role with opportunities to broaden your skills and experience.
  • A supportive culture that values collaboration, ownership and continuous learning.
  • Your birthday off (paid day off)

  • 4 Quarterly wellbeing days
  • Private health insurance for colleagues after qualifying length of service
  • Cycle to work scheme
