Marketing & AI Transformation Consultant (Contract / Freelance) – Boldspace/Boldstream

Boldspace is a fast-growing marketing, branding and PR agency that has delivered year-on-year growth since launch.

In early 2026, we launched Boldstream, our proprietary agentic multi-LLM AI platform designed to transform how modern marketing teams operate, execute and perform.

Boldstream is not simply a marketing orchestration tool layer. Rather, it sits at the centre of a wider AI transformation shift happening across marketing organisations. Companies are increasingly adopting Boldstream to rethink workflows, improve efficiency, scale content and communications, enhance strategic decision-making and modernise how marketing teams function.

As adoption accelerates, we are looking for a freelance or contract-based Marketing & AI Transformation Consultant to work directly with the Boldstream team and support clients through this next phase of AI-enabled transformation.

This role is ideal for someone with 5–8 years of experience across marketing, digital transformation, consulting or innovation who understands both the operational realities of marketing teams and the growing impact of AI on business performance.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic and hands-on transformation role focused on helping organisations successfully adopt AI-enabled marketing practices through the implementation of Boldstream.

You will work with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for transformation, improve workflows, support AI adoption and help embed new ways of working across marketing functions.

The role combines marketing strategy, AI enablement, operational change management and client consulting.

Responsibilities:

AI Transformation & Boldstream Adoption

·Support the rollout and adoption of Boldstream within client organisations

·Help clients understand how AI can improve marketing performance and operational efficiency

·Translate Boldstream capabilities into practical workflows and use cases

·Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI-assisted execution

·Help position Boldstream as a core layer within modern marketing operations

 

Strategy and Vision support

·Work closely with leadership on transformation projects and client engagements

·Contribute to proposals, innovation discussions and strategic recommendations

·Support the development of repeatable transformation methodologies

·Stay informed on developments in AI, marketing technology and organisational transformation

·Act as a strong advocate for Boldstream and its role in modern marketing transformation

 

Marketing Operations & Workflow Transformation

·Assess existing marketing processes and ways of working

·Recommend improvements to team structures, workflows and execution models

·Support the development of scalable AI-enabled operating practices

·Help marketing teams integrate AI into day-to-day activity without disrupting performance

·Work across content, communications, strategy and campaign workflows

 

Change Management & Capability Building

·Support organisational adoption of new AI-enabled processes

·Assist with change management planning and implementation

·Create onboarding materials, playbooks and training resources

·Deliver workshops and enablement sessions where needed

·Help teams build confidence and capability around AI tools and workflows

 

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

·Roughly 5-8+ years of experience in marketing, transformation, strategy or innovation (ideally a mix of two or more areas)

·2+ years of consulting experience

·Strong understanding of how modern marketing teams operate

·Experience managing projects, collaborating with peers and across stakeholders

·Comfortable working directly with clients and senior marketing leadership teams

·Ability to balance strategic thinking with a practical implementation perspective.

·Experience supporting client pitches, creating compelling PowerPoint presentations

·Ideally, hands-on experience working with marketing technology or marketing data.

 

AI & Transformation Fluency

·Strong interest in AI, automation and the future of marketing

·Understanding of generative AI and LLM-powered platforms

·Able to identify practical commercial applications for AI

·Experience supporting digital transformation or change initiatives is highly desirable

·Excited by the opportunity to help organisations evolve through AI adoption

·Practical experience of using AI at work to accelerate processes and productivity
