We move fast, we back our ideas with data, and we’re obsessed with our customer. With a strong foothold in Australia, the USA, UK and Europe, we’re building a global brand with a loyal, hype-driven community at the core.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ‘Assistant Merchandiser Planner – Trading & Insights’ who lives and breathes product and performance.

This is a hands-on, all-rounder role sitting at the intersection of trading, product and data, supporting how we show up on site and how we make informed commercial decisions.

Working closely and assistant with the planning team, you’ll play a key role in executing trading activity, maintaining data accuracy and preparing performance insights that support product and trading decisions across the business.

You will

  • Support day-to-day trading activity across the website, working closely with planning and digital teams
  • Assist in building and updating on-site collections and edits aligned with trends and stock availability
  • Help execute promotional activity, including sale launches, pricing updates, and product visibility
  • Monitor site performance, tracking best sellers, newness, and stock availability
  • Produce regular reporting, including daily updates and weekly trade summaries
  • Assist in analysing data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and internal tools to support decision-making
  • Support product setup and maintain accurate product data, range trackers, and line lists
  • Track stock intake, deliveries, and availability, highlighting any risks or opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, digital, production, and operations) to support smooth trading and execution

You are

  • Experience in merchandising, eCommerce or a similar product-focused role.
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in product and trading.
  • Confidence working with data, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving fashion environment.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Shopify, GA or similar is a bonus.
  • A hands-on attitude — happy to balance admin, analysis and trading support.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do energy.

Why You’ll Love Working At BABYBOO

  • Real impact: this role has a direct line to our customer, our community and our revenue.
  • Growth: we’re on a serious upward trajectory – there’s room to grow your remit as we scale globally.
