Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and develop strategies to meet their goals
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
  • Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, billing, and invoicing
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project status and progress
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
