Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Valuation Surveyor to join our team in Norwich, East Anglia. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing accurate property valuations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ property needs and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed property valuations for residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards.
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including estate agents and financial institutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property legislation and market conditions.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes related to property valuations.
• Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings when required.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Surveying or a related field.
• Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property valuation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK driving licence.
