As a Senior Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need within the Greater Manchester area. This permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients, while also contributing to the overall mission of our organisation in the HR and Personnel industry. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Monitor and document clients’ progress and any changes in their condition, reporting to senior staff as necessary.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a care role, preferably at a senior level.
