Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Building & Construction sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Building & Construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
