Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Central London. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to individuals in the social care sector. Your expertise will contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, fostering a trusting relationship.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in a social care or community nursing setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
  • Basic life support certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
