Summary:

The Ministry Team Leader will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our charity’s mission in Central London. This position is designed for an experienced individual who is passionate about community service and has a strong background in leadership within the voluntary sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing ministry activities, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring that our initiatives align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the ministry team, providing direction and support to ensure effective delivery of services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local organisations, stakeholders, and volunteers to further the charity’s mission.

Qualifications:
