• Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving any IT-related issues.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT management role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco) are advantageous.
