Responsibilities:

• Set up and dismantle audio-visual equipment for events, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
• Conduct pre-event checks to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Provide on-site technical support during events, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with event planners and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain and organise equipment inventory, ensuring all items are in good working order.
• Assist in the design and implementation of event layouts and technical setups.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in event production.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in event technology.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Advertising & PR industry.
• Strong technical skills in audio-visual equipment and event technology.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
