Summary:

The Client Relationships Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the utilities sector. Based in Central London, this permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and discuss future needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably within the utilities sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
