Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team in Central London. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. This position is vital for enhancing our clients’ experience in our accountancy firm, ensuring that our clients feel welcomed and valued during their visits.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to clients and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating area.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and preferences.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are stocked and fresh.
• Assist in training new staff members on beverage preparation and customer service standards.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role.
