We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our design and creative team in Leeds. This permanent, full-time role is essential for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to their needs. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to clients.
  • Monitor project progress and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review project status and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or a related role within the design and creative industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
