Reporting into the Logistics Associate Director you will be part of the Logistics team working closely with Project Delivery, Sales, Design and warehouse functions and in turn you will:

Project Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Provide a high level of customer care ensuring best in class service
  • Work on site alongside a designer and/or Team leader in a professional manner to ensure the install is completed to the highest of standards
  • Liaising with Concierge/onsite contacts for smooth installation
  • Ensure correct uniform and safety footwear is worn on all installs and collections
  • Ensure PPE equipment is worn as and when required (site regs)
  • Ensure overshoes are worn to protect property floors at all times
  • Ensure suitable protection for floors and surfaces at all times to minimise the risk of damage
  • Install furniture in a safe manner, within an agreed timeframe and ensuring minimal damage and disruption to other residents.
  • Ensure all electrical items such as lamps are in full working order prior to leaving the install
  • Ensure all furniture is clean, polished and damage free prior to leaving the install
  • Ensure beds are made to the agreed standards including linen ironed and well presented
  • Ensure all properties are left in a ready-to-occupy, clean and presentable manner to include the removal of rubbish and packaging
  • Ensure that any items being returned to the warehouse are quality wrapped and paperwork is completed in full
  • Completion and upload of images and official paperwork onto company software
  • Cover for the Installations Team Leader in their absence carrying out all necessary duties
  • Installers should assist the Team Leader in all admin and checks before leaving site
  • Ensure QA’s and FR surveys are completed on Monday.com at the end of each install. 
  • Carry out pre and Post installation pictures and upload to Monday.com 
  • Be fully competent and able to carry out Window Treatment installs including measuring (training will be provided)
  • Complete all mandatory company training
  • Complete weekly 121 notes
  • Compliance to company FR policy and regulations 
  • Using your initiative and being proactive to prevent any unnecessary revisits

Additional Responsibilities: (For Drivers)

  • Safe driving in line with company policy 
  • Avoid PCN’s and road fines, and ensuring payment is made within the relevant time period
  • Ensure a clean and tidy van at all times 
  • Complete monthly van checks
