The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the club.

You will:

  • Welcome customers with energy, warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Build genuine relationships and get to know our customers.
  • Support first-time customers and help them feel confident.
  • Check customers into classes and support club tours.
  • Prepare and serve shakes and process retail purchases.
  • Support membership sales and club promotions.
  • Complete daily club tasks and operational checklists.
  • Help maintain clean, organised and premium club standards.
  • Work as one team with your Club Manager, Club Leads and teammates.
