Location: Central London Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on, people-first Club Manager to lead one of our Central London clubs and create an environment where customers feel part of something special, teams are inspired to do their best work, and we deliver Every Customer, Every Time.

This is not just an operations role. We are looking for a leader who coaches, develops and leads from the front. Someone who is visible on the floor, builds strong relationships and creates a culture that people want to be part of.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, driving club performance and delivering exceptional standards across the customer experience.

You will:

  • Create a welcoming, energetic and inclusive club environment.
  • Lead by example and set the standard for exceptional service.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create loyalty through personal connection.
  • Recruit, coach and develop Front of House and Cleaning teams.
  • Create a culture where people feel supported, challenged and valued.
  • Give regular feedback and develop future leaders.
  • Be visible on the club floor and lead from the front.
  • Take ownership during busy periods and support your team where needed.
  • Maintain premium standards across the club.
  • Build clear processes that support consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage rotas, stock, costs and day-to-day operations effectively.
  • Work closely with Operations and Finance to drive commercial success.

Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail or premium customer service.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of driving performance.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Availability to work on-site in Central London.
