Our Story
Sarah’s Carers was founded in 2013 after our founder, Sarah, experienced first-hand how difficult it can be to find high-quality care for a loved one. That experience inspired her to build a care company that treated both clients and carers with the respect and support they deserve.
Today we remain a family-run care provider, delivering visiting care, live-in care and specialist support to people in their own homes.

You’ll be issued with a company phone to use while on shift
Quarterly bonus
We like to recognise the hard work our team do and offer a quarterly bonus based on attendance and quality.
Mileage and Travel Pay
As our care team are paid for a shift you are automatically paid for time travelling between visits, we also pay for mileage between clients at 50p per mile
