Who are we?

Network N Holdings: The Holdings business in which Network N Media and Project N sit. Holdings provide executive, operational, financial and HR services to all businesses in the portfolio. The solid foundation, our professionals ensure that the business doesn’t spontaneously combust! We try our hardest to make everyone’s experience with us wonderful.

Network N Media: Our publishing business which includes our owned and operated editorial websites, publishing development powerhouse and special publishing projects (also known as Sparta).

What do we stand for?

You can’t spell Network N without hard work. Go on, just try it. But, while hard work is important, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. How we approach work, and how we relate to one another during the process, matters a great deal as well. With that in mind, our core values represent some of the ways that we think about work here.

We make prompt and clear decisions and we take responsibility and ownership for the actions we take.

Gaming, gear and entertainment is always changing, so we make sure we grow with it. We produce new ideas, approaches and insights to what we do.

We plan and stick to that plan. We like to be as meticulously organised as is possible but we remain adaptable to situations.

We push borders and boundaries into new situations and experiences. Collaborative working is something we encourage.

We have a number of core competencies that align with our core values. These have been mapped to general frameworks – for both Individual Contributors and Managers – to provide you with clarity on how we rate performance and transparency for how to progress here.

Our frameworks can help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement, as well as help managers have better conversations with their teams, and help us design the right jobs and the right people.

These frameworks aren’t a step-by-step guide and certainly not exhaustive. Think of them more as a compass. They will evolve over time and will always be a work in progress.

Learning and Development

We are excited to introduce our e-learning platform through Employment Hero, giving you control over your learning. You want to learn how to write a compelling email – there is a micro video for that, alongside the thousands of hours of content waiting for you. What will you learn?
