Team Lead

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of accounts receivable professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
