Summary:

As an Account Manager in the Manufacturing & Production sector, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position is essential for the growth and success of our business in Toronto, Ontario, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.
