Tradogram is a cloud-based procurement and spend management platform used by organizations in over 90 countries. We help businesses simplify purchasing, manage suppliers, streamline approvals, and gain better control over company spending.

We’re entering an exciting new stage of growth with a major investment in our brand, website, and AI initiatives. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our entire organic marketing engine and help us build one of the leading brands in procurement technology.


The Role

We’re looking for a marketing leader who can own everything organic—from our website and content strategy to SEO, social media, thought leadership, and AI-driven marketing initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll have the freedom to build, experiment, and make a real impact on how our brand shows up in the market.

You’ll work closely with our founders, product team, and sales team to create content and campaigns that generate awareness, drive demand, and position Tradogram as a leader in modern procurement technology.


What You’ll Own


Website & Messaging

  • Own and continuously improve the Tradogram website.
  • Create and manage website content and landing pages.
  • Improve messaging, conversion paths, and overall user experience.
  • Work closely with design and development teams on new initiatives.


Content Strategy

  • Build and execute our content roadmap.
  • Create and oversee:
  • Blog articles
  • Guides and whitepapers
  • Customer stories and case studies
  • Industry reports
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Webinar and video content
  • Product marketing content


SEO & Organic Growth

  • Own our SEO strategy and execution.
  • Build content strategies for both traditional search and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Increase organic traffic, rankings, and brand visibility.
  • Stay ahead of changes in search, including how buyers discover software through tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI platforms.


Social Media & Thought Leadership

  • Own our organic social strategy across channels such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Develop founder-led content and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Create and manage content calendars.
  • Grow engagement and build a strong community around the Tradogram brand.


AI & Marketing Innovation

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excited about how AI is changing marketing.

You should be comfortable using modern AI tools to:

  • Research and generate ideas faster
  • Improve content production and workflows
  • Repurpose content across multiple channels
  • Increase efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • Experiment with new tools and opportunities as they emerge

We’re not looking for someone who uses AI to replace great marketing—we’re looking for someone who knows how to use AI to become a better marketer.’


What Success Looks Like


In your first year, you’ll help us:

  • Significantly increase organic traffic and inbound pipeline.
  • Establish Tradogram as a leading voice in procurement technology.
  • Build a consistent and scalable content engine.
  • Increase engagement across our social channels.
  • Improve our visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search.
  • Create systems and processes that allow us to scale our marketing efforts efficiently.


What We’re Looking For


Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven experience growing organic traffic and pipeline.
  • Strong background in content marketing and SEO.
  • Experience managing company websites and content strategies.
  • Experience building and executing social media strategies.
  • Experience working in fast-growing SaaS companies.


You Probably Have

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • A strong understanding of how content drives demand generation.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
  • A passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A bias toward action and a willingness to experiment.


Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to mid-market businesses.
  • Experience in procurement, finance, or business software.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating video content or managing founder-led brands.
