Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you are the CEO of your client
portfolio. You take full ownership of client acquisition, workforce strategy,
and revenue growth. You will work closely with healthcare organizations to
understand their staffing needs, solve workforce challenges, and drive
long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
CLIENT
OWNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Act as the trusted workforce
advisor for healthcare clients, managing relationships with
decision-makers and executives.
- Own client retention &
contract renewals, ensuring 95%+ retention rate for your accounts.
- Provide data-driven workforce
solutions, using market insights and analytics to optimize staffing
strategies.
- Proactively engage with clients
weekly to anticipate needs before they arise.
BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH (NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION)
- Identify, pursue, and close new
business opportunities to expand Mimak Care’s market share.
- Own the full sales cycle, from
lead generation, prospecting, pitching, to closing contracts.
- Own client retention and contract renewals, aiming for a minimum 95% retention rate for your accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic
outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, industry
networking).
- Establish Mimak Care as the
go-to staffing provider in the healthcare industry.
REVENUE
GENERATION & ACCOUNT EXPANSION
- Develop long-term growth
strategies for each client, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and
additional service expansion.
- Increase account revenue by
10-15% annually through service optimizations and strategic workforce
planning.
- Collaborate with Staffing
Managers & Recruitment Teams to ensure 100% client satisfaction and
workforce deployment efficiency.
- Analyze client spending
patterns and offer workforce solutions that maximize client ROI while
increasing Mimak Care’s revenue.
WORKFORCE
PLANNING & SERVICE OPTIMIZATION
- Collaborate with Recruitment
& Staffing Team to ensure 100% fulfillment of client workforce needs.
- Monitor staffing performance
metrics, ensuring quick response times and high-quality placements.
- Develop workforce planning
strategies to meet future staffing demands and mitigate risks.
OWNERSHIP
MINDSET & PROBLEM-SOLVING
- Generate new business revenue quarterly by targeting high-value accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
- When problems arise, you own
the solution, you don’t pass issues along, you fix them.
- Challenge the status quo brings
new ideas, strategies, and innovations to optimize client success.
- Treat every dollar spent by a
client as if it were your own investment—deliver measurable value with
every placement.
REPORTING
& PERFORMANCE TRACKING
- Maintain accurate client
records using CRM tools.
- Track weekly, monthly, and
quarterly KPIs, ensuring all client and business development goals are
met.
- Provide market insights and
competitive analysis to position Mimak Care ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications
& Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in
Account Management, Sales, or Business Development (staffing, healthcare,
B2B, or related industries preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting
or exceeding sales and retention targets.
- Experience in full-cycle sales
(lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals).
- Strong communication,
presentation, and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
- Ability to analyze market
trends and workforce demands to provide proactive solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software,
pipeline management, and reporting tools.
