What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing surfaces (sanding, masking, patching)
  • Applying high-quality coatings with top-tier workmanship
  • Managing or working alongside a crew when needed
  • Completing detailed post-project walkthroughs to ensure excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with brushes, rollers, sprayers, tape, caulking, etc.
  • Experience supervising at least one other painter
  • Willingness to travel and stay out of town for up to 7 days at a time
  • Red Seal certification is a strong asset
