Mill Creek Painters is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Calgary.

This role is for someone who knows how to sell, wants control over their income, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

We provide a mix of inbound leads and systems, but top performers generate their own opportunities and consistently close.

What You’ll Be Doing

Meeting homeowners and property managers to provide painting estimates
Presenting services and closing deals in person
Following up on inbound leads and converting them into booked projects
Generating your own leads through referrals, networking, and local outreach
Managing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
Representing the Mill Creek brand professionally in the field
