Description

Mill Creek Painters is hiring an experienced Cabinet & Fine Finish Spray Technician.

This role is for someone who already knows how to spray at a high level and wants consistent work, clean systems, and a professional setup.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Cabinet doors and drawer fronts (shop environment)
  • On-site cabinet systems, railings, and built-ins
  • Spray staining and toning wood surfaces
  • Fine finish work using waterborne lacquers and stains

What You Need to Be Good At

  • Spray finishing cabinets and millwork

  • Prep, sanding, and masking to fine-finish standards
  • Using HVLP / Airless systems properly

Requirements

  • 3+ years cabinet or fine-finish spray experience
  • Proven experience with stain and clear systems
  • Comfortable working in both shop and on-site environments
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Entry-level painters
  • Brush-and-roll-only painters
  • Anyone still learning how to spray
