Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, operating the till and other payment systems.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage, with demonstrable ability to engage positively with customers.
