Description

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. Perform repairs as needed to ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
Guest Interaction: Address guest requests and concerns related to maintenance issues, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used, and report any significant issues to management.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in various maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Familiarity with building management systems is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
