Service Advisor

Volkswagen Moncton is looking for a bilingual Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor’s role is to provide our customers with a great experience. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Volkswagen brand.

This role pays a combination of an hourly wage and commission/bonus.

• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer

• Gather information on the vehicle’s condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services

• Schedule service work in the service department

• Explain the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers

• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

• Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software

• Bilingual in English and French is a requirement

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Likes helping people

• Good work ethic

• Must have a valid driver’s license & clean driver’s abstract
