The Senior Change Management Specialist leads change management activities for strategic, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role plays a key part in helping Assumption Life successfully navigate organizational change by assessing impacts, preparing leaders and employees, managing adoption risks, and supporting the achievement of strategic business outcomes.

Working closely with executives, business leaders, project teams, and Human Resources, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping ensure employees and leaders are prepared, supported, and equipped to successfully adopt change and achieve transformation objectives.
