Production & Packaging Operator

Job Title: General Production & Packager

Location: London area

Shifts: Full time days and evenings

Wage: $22.00 – $22.80/hr.

Our client is preparing to ramp up and will be seeking detail-oriented individuals to support their packaging and quality inspection of medicinal plant products, ensuring all products are handled accurately and in accordance with established SOPs.

This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience while developing skills that are transferable across manufacturing and production industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process dried medicinal plants in accordance with established procedures.
• Dispense into primary packaging, ensuring accurate product labeling and thorough record-keeping.
• Use computers and electronic systems to record production and inventory. Conduct verification and quality control activities as required.
• Contribute to the optimization of standard operating procedures related to processing and packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in packaging is considered an asset.
• Experience in food or manufacturing environments is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable wearing hair nets and beard nets as required.
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation is required. This location is not bus accessible
