As a Bilingual Retailer Experience Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable go-to for Atlantic Lottery’s retail partners-helping them over the phone, email, and in person. From answering questions and troubleshooting terminal or product issues to spotting risks early and keeping service running smoothly, you’ll play a big part in supporting the retailer experience and protecting the integrity of our products and systems. You’ll also make outbound calls to confirm inventory for ongoing sales and new launches, share helpful insights with internal teams, and spend time in our Moments retail location supporting customers, winners, and day-to-day retail operations.
