Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our health and safety team in Edmonton, Alberta. This contractual, casual role is essential for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients, ensuring their rehabilitation and recovery needs are met effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to aid in rehabilitation.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in community health initiatives and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using physiotherapy equipment and technology.
