When something changes in your Employment OS – a new hire, termination or salary update – our Benefits Experience team logs into your carrier portal and actions it for you. You update once. We handle the rest.

No. Benefits+ works with your existing group benefits plan and your existing broker. If you want to combine it with Employment Hero’s licensed advisory team for plan design, renewal and benchmarking, that option is available too. See Employee Group Benefits Brokerage services for more.

If a new hire misses their enrolment window, they’re classified as a late applicant and typically need to go through medical underwriting to get coverage. Benefits+ initiates new hire enrolments as part of onboarding and sends reminders on outstanding enrolments so that window is never missed.

Enrolments, terminations, salary changes, dependent additions or removals, extension of benefits, rehires, leaves of absence and profile updates like legal name or address and more. All actioned in your carrier portal by our Benefits Experience team.
