We are committed to a better future for mental health in Canada. This vision is rooted in our own experiences with mental health care, as clients and as therapists. We wanted to create a better experience for others, which is why we created Layla.

Today, 1 in 4 Canadians suffer from a mental health challenge. And while more and more of us want to make our mental health a priority, finding the right care can be time consuming and discouraging.

Our human-first approach empowers Canadians to take greater control of their mental health by bridging the gap between wanting care and getting it. We make it faster and simpler for people to connect with the right therapist or program in their preferred setting.

Mental health care is complex – but finding it doesn’t have to be. Layla lets you spend less time searching for care and more time getting it.

Our goal is to help clients receive high-quality support that suit their needs and preferences. We do that while allowing therapists to focus on providing care and treating clients in their area of clinical specialization.
