Summary:

Join our vibrant café in Sydney as a Barista! We are seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee and a knack for customer service. In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, contributing to the overall success of our café in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
• Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of barista experience in a café or similar environment.
• Experience in front of house roles, providing customer service.
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
