Share capital & shareholder administration (essential focus)
- Support share-related corporate actions including share transfers, allotments, buybacks/cancellations, share splits/reorganisations and new share classes

- Assist with employee equity scheme administration and reporting (e.g., EMI, ERS) and related submissions/documentation (including Val231 support)
Additional filings & ad-hoc compliance
- Assist with specialist registrations and occasional one-off filings (e.g., wholesaler/alcohol-related registrations where relevant)
- Coordinate overseas filings by liaising with local agents/advisers and keeping internal records aligned
